Our honey is a 100% natural product that may take on a thicker consistency as a result of the crystallization process. This is a natural characteristic of honey, which signifies its highest quality. Temperature and storage time influence this process, but it does not affect the flavour or nutritional value of the honey.

Our honey is stored in a cool room below 18 °C, which encourages the crystallization process while also ensuring that the honey retains its full properties for a longer period.
