Local Honey
Our local honey comes from my own apiaries across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire — including Woodborough, Bingham, Oakwood, Strelley, Whatton and Wysall. The bees forage on wildflowers, hedgerows, gardens and countryside fields. I bottle it raw, with only a coarse strain, so the flavour still tastes of the place it came from.
Some jars stay runnier. Some set. Some are creamed for a smoother spread. That is texture, not a different honey. If you want the short explanation, read What Is Local Honey? For the naturally crystallised jars, see set honey and Raw Local Set Honey from Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
