Local Honey with Cinnamon 150g

This is our local creamy honey with cinnamon — 98% honey, 2% cinnamon, nothing else.

The base is the same smooth, spreadable honey we bottle from our own English apiaries. Cinnamon is folded through it so you get a warm spice in every spoonful, not a dusty layer sitting on top.

It stays on toast. It stirs into porridge. A small spoonful in warm (not boiling) tea gives you honey and cinnamon without opening two jars.

What’s in the jar

Ingredients: local creamy honey 98%, cinnamon 2%.
Produce of England. Net weight 150g.

Unsuitable for children under 12 months old — the same rule as any honey.

The Best Before date on the lid is about peak flavour, not a safety cut-off. Keep the lid on, use a clean dry spoon, and store the jar in a cool cupboard. A short guide is here: How to Store Honey Properly.

How it tastes and how to use it

Expect the familiar sweetness of local honey with a clear cinnamon note — closer to a well-spiced porridge topping than to a Christmas cake. It is not a runny drizzle; the texture is creamy, so it stays put on bread and crumpets.

Good with:

• Toast, crumpets and warm butter
• Porridge, overnight oats and yoghurt
• A spoonful in warm tea or steamed milk
• Apple, banana or baked fruit
