Set Honey
Our raw set honey comes from village apiaries around Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, including Woodborough, Bingham, Oakwood, Strelley, Whatton and Wysall. It is raw, unpasteurised honey that has crystallised naturally. That thicker texture is normal. It is not a fault, and nothing has been added.
Set honey stays on the spoon and on bread, which makes it an easy everyday jar for toast, porridge and packed lunches. If you are new to this texture, start with What Is Set Honey? The villages behind the jars are here: Raw Local Set Honey from Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Choose a jar from the list below. Each one is labelled with its village, so you know exactly where the bees foraged.
