3. Product Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, prices and images are accurate. However, slight natural variations may occur (for example in colour or texture of honey). These do not affect your statutory rights.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure payments through third-party payment processors. We may also accept payment by bank transfer for selected orders, subject to these Terms.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from payment processor errors.

5. Order Acceptance and Payment

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

We may decline or cancel any order at any time before a binding contract is formed, including (but not limited to) the following circumstances:

  • the Products are unavailable or out of stock;
  • payment has not been received or authorised, including where payment by bank transfer or any other manual payment method has not been received in full within 7 days of the order being placed;
  • we suspect fraudulent, suspicious or unusual activity;
  • there is an error in the pricing or description of the Products;
  • or for any other reasonable reason.

A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order. We may accept your order by sending you a confirmation email stating that the Products have been dispatched or are ready for collection, or upon receipt of cleared payment (whichever occurs first).

If we cancel your order due to non-payment (including bank transfer) or any other reason, we will notify you by email as soon as reasonably practicable. We will have no further liability to you, other than to refund any sums already paid.

Personal collection (local pickup): Where you have selected personal collection, payment must be received in full before the goods are released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This right does not apply to perishable goods (such as honey, bee pollen or honey with fruit) or personalised/customised products, except where the goods are faulty or damaged.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery details, including timescales and costs, are set out in our separate Shipping Policy.
Local collection (personal pickup) is available by prior arrangement for customers in the Nottingham area.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including images, text, designs and branding) belongs to Buzzy Honey Bee and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • losses caused by misuse of our products;
  • delays caused by couriers or third parties;
  • losses resulting from website downtime or technical errors;
  • indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
