Raw Honey

Our raw honey comes from my own apiaries in the villages of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. It is unpasteurised and only coarsely strained, so it keeps the flavour of the local landscape. Some jars stay runny. Some set. That is normal for raw honey.
