Local Set Honey
Our local set honey is raw honey from our own apiaries around Nottingham and Derby that has crystallised naturally. The jar is thick and spreadable — it stays on toast, crumpets and porridge instead of running off the spoon. Nothing has been added. That firmer texture is normal for raw honey, not a fault. Each jar is labelled with the village the bees foraged in.
