This is passion fruit and banana honey, not a supermarket mixed-flavour honey. The pot is local creamed honey from our own apiaries, blended in small batches with freeze-dried passion fruit and banana. No flavouring, no juice, no extra sugar. Honey and fruit. That is the whole list.
If you have not bought a jar like this before: it still spreads like honey. Both fruits are mixed through, so the colour is warm and you may see small pieces. Stir if they have risen. The taste is honey first, then sharp passion fruit against a soft banana. It is not jam. Jam is cooked fruit with sugar.
We keep the batches small so the fruit stays even in the pot. That is the difference you pay for — not a longer ingredients list.
Use it as honey. Toast, a scone, yoghurt, porridge. Lid on, cupboard not fridge.
