This is honey with goji berries, not a supermarket “goji flavour” honey. The pot is local creamed honey from our own apiaries, blended in small batches with freeze-dried goji berries. No flavouring, no juice, no extra sugar. Honey and fruit. That is the whole list.

If you have not bought a jar like this before: it still spreads like honey. The goji is mixed through, so the colour is warm red and you may see small pieces of fruit. Stir if they have risen. The taste is honey first, then a mild tart berry. It is not jam. Jam is cooked fruit with sugar.

We keep the batches small so the fruit stays even in the pot. That is the difference you pay for — not a longer ingredients list.

Use it as honey. Toast, a scone, yoghurt, porridge. Lid on, cupboard not fridge.

Local creamy honey blended with cinnamon. A smooth, warm 150g jar from our own English apiaries — made for toast, porridge and a spoonful in tea. No added sugar, no colourings, no preservatives.

The post Local Honey with Cinnamon 150g appeared first on Buzzy Honey Bee.

This is our local creamy honey with cinnamon — 98% honey, 2% cinnamon, nothing else.

The base is the same smooth, spreadable honey we bottle from our own English apiaries. Cinnamon is folded through it so you get a warm spice in every spoonful, not a dusty layer sitting on top.

It stays on toast. It stirs into porridge. A small spoonful in warm (not boiling) tea gives you honey and cinnamon without opening two jars.

What’s in the jar

Ingredients: local creamy honey 98%, cinnamon 2%.
Produce of England. Net weight 150g.

Unsuitable for children under 12 months old — the same rule as any honey.

The Best Before date on the lid is about peak flavour, not a safety cut-off. Keep the lid on, use a clean dry spoon, and store the jar in a cool cupboard. A short guide is here: How to Store Honey Properly.

How it tastes and how to use it

Expect the familiar sweetness of local honey with a clear cinnamon note — closer to a well-spiced porridge topping than to a Christmas cake. It is not a runny drizzle; the texture is creamy, so it stays put on bread and crumpets.

Good with:

Toast, crumpets and warm butter

Porridge, overnight oats and yoghurt

A spoonful in warm tea or steamed milk

Apple, banana or baked fruit

If you prefer a plain jar without spice, start with our creamed honey from Whatton or a village multiflower honey.

Other jars in the same range

This sits with our other small-batch flavoured jars: Local Honey with Blueberry, Local Honey with Raspberry, Local Honey with Strawberry, Local Honey with Banana, Local Honey with Mango, Local Honey with Passion Fruit, and Local Creamed Honey with Bee Pollen. All use our own creamy honey as the base.

Want the difference between this texture and a naturally set jar? Read Set Honey vs Creamed Honey.

Christmas Tree Beeswax Candle – Handmade Pure Beeswax

The Christmas Tree Beeswax Candle is a small layered tree in golden yellow beeswax. Four tiers of textured branches rise to a short cotton wick. It is 100% pure beeswax, handmade in Nottingham, with no paraffin and no added scent.

Stand it on a mantel, a festive table or a windowsill. When lit it gives a steady golden flame and the light honey smell of real beeswax. Unlit, it still reads as a Christmas tree — useful as décor through December.
